Please allow for 2-4 business days for production as we proudly practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated.

Our FREE shipping times are on top of our internal production times. Once shipped, standard shipping (non-tracked), please allow for 10-12 business days depending on where in the world you are.

Express shipping does not mean express production, all our orders are printed in order of time they were placed. The day of the order does not count within the production time.

Not feeling it? We've got you. We will happily replace, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding all personalised custom products which are final sale). Our cases offer superior phone protection, but in saying that, we don’t recommend testing them from a rooftop. They are designed to protect your phone against everyday knocks and drops. We offer snap and armoured cases, it depends on how clumsy you are. If you are looking for something more protective, we always recommend upgrading to the armoured version for extra peace of mind.

The raised edges of the case acts as a buffer, stopping the screen of your phone coming into contact with other surfaces. It’s always a good idea to put a protective film over the glass of your screen as a lil' extra protection.

Our ‘Snap’ and ‘Armoured’ cases do allow you to charge your iPhone with MagSafe chargers but do not snap in place and do not work with MagSafe products.

Our standard ‘Snap’ and ‘Armoured’ cases are compatible with wireless charging, however, this depends on the strength of the charger. Please note that although MagSage chargers do charge through our cases, they do not snap on and lock in place.

If you're using a Clickit then wireless charging won't work and you'll need to remove the case. Credit cards could be damaged if they get in between your phone and the charger, we recommend removing any credit cards before charging.

All our ‘Artist’ series cases are printed with a gloss finish which provides a vibrant photographic finish. Our custom case feature allows you to choose ‘Gloss’ or ‘Matte’. Please note that the finish will have an effect on the colour representation. You can also shop our curated ‘Matte’ phone case collection if you are looking for something more subtle.
